Creative and Strong Legal Representation
My name is Ashley Cannon. Advocating for the law runs in my family, as both my father and grandfather were prominent trial lawyers. I have tried hundreds of cases and my experience as an assistant district attorney has given me a vast knowledge of drunk driving, drug crimes, motor vehicle violations, domestic violence and larceny cases. My skills and experience allow me to provide a unique approach, which I believe puts me in the position to give you the best representation possible.
While criminal defense is my main focus, I also provide legal counsel in other practice areas, including:
- Family law and divorce: Every aspect of a divorce action, child support and child custody matter, including grandparents' rights petitions, modification and enforcement orders
- Estate planning: Drafting and review of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, elder law planning, tax implications of estate planning
- Civil litigation: Contract review and execution, business formation, breach of contract actions, partnership and other business law disputes, liens and leases
Reach Out to Me Today
I am available by cellphone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are in trouble, you don't have to wait until the next day to reach me.
I offer free consultations and reasonable, upfront fees with flat rates. In some criminal cases, the payments will be bifurcated based on whether the case remains in district court or goes to a jury trial, but I rarely work on an hourly basis. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
